Service Description

A.V. Peak Performance is a year-round youth athletic training and track program designed for middle and high school athletes looking to improve speed, strength, endurance, discipline, and overall athletic performance. Athletes participate in structured conditioning, skill development, and competitive opportunities through indoor and outdoor track seasons in a high-energy, growth-focused environment. The 8-Week Summer Conditioning Program runs June 16, 2026 through August 6, 2026, with practices held Tuesday through Friday from 6:30am–9:30am in West Lancaster, CA. Location details and the full practice schedule will be provided upon registration. Training may include track workouts, sand training, field conditioning, hills/bleachers, water recovery sessions, and gym training. Gym sessions are included after each main morning practice.

Cancellation Policy

• Attendance & Participation Athletes are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to participate. Consistent attendance is important for development, safety, and team structure. Excessive absences or tardiness may affect competition eligibility. • Payment Policy Monthly tuition and program fees must be paid on time. Monthly memberships are billed regardless of attendance. The Competition Team Package is a separate yearly fee for competing athletes. Payments are non-refundable unless approved by management. Missed practices, vacations, or voluntary withdrawal do not qualify for refunds or credits. • Competition & Travel Competition athletes must maintain active USA Track & Field and/or Amateur Athletic Union memberships when required. Participation in meets is based on attendance, readiness, behavior, academics, and coaching discretion. Travel support does not cover all expenses. Additional costs for hotels, meals, transportation, or select meets may apply. • Academic Eligibility Student-athletes are expected to maintain satisfactory grades and school effort. Parents/guardians may be asked to provide grade updates. Athletes struggling academically may be temporarily limited from competition participation until improvement is shown. • Athlete Conduct Athletes are expected to show respect, discipline, sportsmanship, and positive behavior at all times. Bullying, fighting, unsafe behavior, repeated disruption, or disrespect may result in suspension or removal without refund. • Parent Expectations Parents/guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with coaches, staff, officials, and other families. Sideline coaching is discouraged. • Health & Safety Parents/guardians must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations. Athletes should bring proper athletic clothing, shoes, water, and personal items to practice. Participation in athletics involves inherent risk. By enrolling, families acknowledge and accept these risks. • Weather & Schedule Changes Schedules, locations, and activities may change due to weather, facility availability, holidays, competitions, or safety concerns. • Media Release Photos and videos from practices, meets, and events may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided. • Commitment to Growth A.V.
