Service Description

A.V. Peak Performance is a year-round youth track and field training and competition program for middle and high school athletes throughout the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. Our program is designed to help athletes improve speed, strength, endurance, confidence, discipline, and overall athletic performance in a structured, high-energy environment. Whether an athlete is preparing for school sports, looking to compete at a higher level, or simply wanting to stay active and improve overall fitness, A.V. Peak provides training opportunities for all experience levels. Program Options Include: - 8-Week Summer Conditioning Program A focused off-season training experience designed to build speed, endurance, strength, agility, and discipline before the upcoming season. - Year-Round Track Club (Indoor + Outdoor) A full competitive program for athletes ready to train and compete year-round through both indoor and outdoor track seasons. Includes advanced conditioning, skill development, and travel competition opportunities. -Outdoor Season Track Club Designed for athletes focused primarily on the outdoor track season while continuing to benefit from year-round conditioning and development. A.V. Peak Performance Lab (Year-Round Conditioning) - A non-competition training program focused on speed, strength, endurance, conditioning, and overall athletic development for athletes who want to improve performance without competing in meets. Competition Team Package Athletes participating in competition teams are required to enroll in the A.V. Peak Competition Team Package, a yearly competition fee that helps cover: - Official team uniform - USA Track & Field athlete membership registration - Optional Amateur Athletic Union membership registration - Select meet entry fees - Travel meet support - Competition registration and management - Athlete performance tracking throughout the season At A.V. Peak Performance, we are committed to helping athletes grow both physically and mentally while building confidence, leadership, discipline, and a competitive mindset that extends beyond the track.

Cancellation Policy

• Attendance & Participation Athletes are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to participate. Consistent attendance is important for development, safety, and team structure. Excessive absences or tardiness may affect competition eligibility. • Payment Policy Monthly tuition and program fees must be paid on time. Monthly memberships are billed regardless of attendance. The Competition Team Package is a separate yearly fee for competing athletes. Payments are non-refundable unless approved by management. Missed practices, vacations, or voluntary withdrawal do not qualify for refunds or credits. • Competition & Travel Competition athletes must maintain active USA Track & Field and/or Amateur Athletic Union memberships when required. Participation in meets is based on attendance, readiness, behavior, academics, and coaching discretion. Travel support does not cover all expenses. Additional costs for hotels, meals, transportation, or select meets may apply. • Academic Eligibility Student-athletes are expected to maintain satisfactory grades and school effort. Parents/guardians may be asked to provide grade updates. Athletes struggling academically may be temporarily limited from competition participation until improvement is shown. • Athlete Conduct Athletes are expected to show respect, discipline, sportsmanship, and positive behavior at all times. Bullying, fighting, unsafe behavior, repeated disruption, or disrespect may result in suspension or removal without refund. • Parent Expectations Parents/guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with coaches, staff, officials, and other families. Sideline coaching is discouraged. • Health & Safety Parents/guardians must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations. Athletes should bring proper athletic clothing, shoes, water, and personal items to practice. Participation in athletics involves inherent risk. By enrolling, families acknowledge and accept these risks. • Weather & Schedule Changes Schedules, locations, and activities may change due to weather, facility availability, holidays, competitions, or safety concerns. • Media Release Photos and videos from practices, meets, and events may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided. • Commitment to Growth A.V.
