Cancellation Policy

Welcome to The Motion Room. Our goal is to create a fun, creative, safe, and respectful environment where every student can grow in confidence, performance, and teamwork. Attendance & Participation - Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to participate. - Consistent attendance is important for learning routines and staying in sync with the class. - Excessive absences may affect participation in performances, recordings, or showcases. Respect & Behavior - Respect for instructors, classmates, and the studio space is required at all times. - Bullying, inappropriate language, fighting, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. - Students must follow instructor directions during class and activities. Dress Code - Students should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes suitable for dancing. - Clothing must allow safe movement and remain appropriate for a youth environment. Phones & Social Media - Phones may only be used when instructed for dance learning, recording, or class activities. - Any videos or photos taken during class should remain respectful and appropriate. - Students may not post content that bullies, embarrasses, or disrespects others. Safety - Students should immediately report injuries or concerns to the instructor. - Rough play, unsafe stunts, or dangerous behavior are not allowed. Payments - Weekly class fee: $75 or Monthly class fee: $300 - Payments must be made on time to maintain enrollment. - No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless approved by management. Parent/Guardian Expectations - Parents/guardians are expected to maintain respectful communication with staff and instructors. - By enrolling, parents acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and accept normal participation risks. - The Motion Room reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior repeatedly disrupts the safety, learning experience, or positive atmosphere of the class.
